Our policy lasts for 7 business days ONLY. After which, requests for returns will not be entertained. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and must be in its original packaging. Please send a receipt or proof of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the request or send us the photos via direct messaging @hannahmartinph (Facebook) or @hannahmartin_ph (Instagram).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the returned item is received and inspected, an SMS, email or direct message will be sent by our team as confirmation. Our team will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and be credited depending on the agreed mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items on sale can be replaced, but not refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To initiate an exchange request, please send us an email at email@example.com. Details on how to send the item back will be sent after the request is validated.
Customers will shoulder the shipping costs for the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Extra charges by a remittance center will be deducted from the total refund amount. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
